Office Policies & Mission

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Appointments

Due to the number of patients we have in treatment, we ask that you do your best to keep all scheduled appointments. If an appointment must be missed, we ask that you please call and reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.

School-Age Patients

It is our policy that all patients alternate after school appointments with during school appointments. It is not possible to treat all our patients between 3:00 and 5:00 pm daily. We will work with you on early morning appointments, study halls, lunch breaks, PE classes and other non-academic classes. We do give school excuses.

Emergency Policy

Broken brackets, loose bands or wires causing pain to the mouth or gums are considered conditions for an emergency appointment. Should any emergency arise, we ask that you always call before coming into the office. Please feel free to call Dr. Graham at home at 256-734-6158 on weekends or at night.

Financial Policy

We have many payment plans for your convenience. There is a 1½% service charge on all accounts which become 30 days past due. We will be happy to file your insurance for you.
